Summary
Customers require Atlassian Cloud (including Rovo and MCP) to act as an OIDC Relying Party to their enterprise OIDC IdP, allowing registration with a customer-managed public certificate or JWKS. Current support is limited to SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 with Atlassian as the authorization server.

Suggestion
Enable Atlassian Cloud and Rovo to authenticate via customer enterprise OIDC providers, supporting client registration with customer-managed certificates or JWKS, and provide configuration options for OIDC endpoints and key management.
