Currently, after running forge deploy, the Forge CLI reports “Deployed” as soon as the backend deployment is complete, but there is a delay (up to 2 minutes) before changes are actually visible in the Atlassian UI. This discrepancy disrupts the development workflow, especially for teams unable to use forge tunnel due to security restrictions. Developers are unable to confirm if their changes are live, leading to confusion and inefficiency.

 

Please enhance the Forge CLI to accurately reflect when a deployment is globally available, or provide clear messaging about the propagation delay. This will help developers better understand the deployment process and avoid unnecessary troubleshooting.
