Issue Summary
Images included in the template's Description field are not displayed in the "Create issue" screen – instead we get a broken preview or "preview unavailable" message.
The issue can randomly be created successfully, and the images sometimes appear correctly after the issue is created.
The problem occurs both when using the native Create button with UI Modification enabled and when using the Create from Template button in the Apps section.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open "Create from Template" (either from the Apps panel or via native Create with UIM enabled).
2. Select a template that contains images in the Description field.
3. Observe that the images do not render in the preview area of the create screen (sometimes previously it even blocked issue creation).
4. Create the issue – images appear as expected in the final issue view.
Expected Results
Images embedded in the template's Description should be visible during the issue creation step, as they are essential for guiding the reporter.
Actual Results
Preview unavailable for the first time.
Workaround
There is no workaround at this time, other than refreshing the page or viewing the issue after creation. This will not have an impact on the issue creation or update.
