Issue Summary:
Unable to download the app logs for the Stiltsoft App Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence, the Download Logs option remains spinning for some time, and then a popup error message with "Something went wrong. Please try again later." is presented.
Steps to Reproduce
- Reach the admin.atlassian.com for a site that is using the Stiltsoft App Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence;
- Navigate to Site Settings > Connected Apps;
- Find the app Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence and hit View app details;
- *Scroll down to the section Logs access and confirm that it is "Enabled";
- Hit the "Download Logs";
- It should present a window to select the start and final interval for the download;
- Keep the default value or change to any period of time within 30 days;
Expected Results
- It should download the App logs for the period selected;
Actual Results
- It keeps spinning for some time and nothing is downloaded;
- After some time, a popup with the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." is presented;
- Developer tools shows the request to https://admin.atlassian.com/gateway/api/graphql failing with HTTP 504 Gateway timeout.
Workaround
Changing the interval for a single day and submitting multiple times, sporadically can download the log file.
