Issue Summary:

UIKit Calendar component intermittently has broken CSS on Portal view.

Which result user unable to select the date properly and require refresh as workaround. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. User go to the JSM portal request
2. User clicks on Meeting room request ➙ display OK
3. Make a Meeting room booking ➙user is brought to JSM request detail page
4. User clicks on the “services” portal page (in the breadcrumb)
5. User clicks on Meeting room request ➙ display with issue
6. Reloading the page might “repair” but not always
