Currently, UI Modification (UIM) APIs allow Forge apps to customize and control field behavior in the Global Issue Create, IV -Issue View and IT - Issue Transition screens. However, these capabilities are not available in the List view (issue navigator) or bulk edit screens. This limitation prevents consistent UI customization and enforcement of business rules across all Jira interfaces.

As a developer, we would like to extend UIM support to the List view (issue navigator). Provide Forge APIs or configuration options to allow apps to modify UI and field behavior in List View contexts.
