We need to be able to manage a directory of customers. It is currently managed in the JIRA internal directory.
This allows us to not need user licenses since they do not get access to JIRA directly.
We would like to be able to manage the customer list incl. password management within Crowd – but if we have a large number of customers, the licensing options becomes prohibitive.
We would like the ability to flag a user within Crowd as a "customer" and have it excluded from licensing limit – these users would not have access to any other applications integrated with Crowd.
If a user in Crowd also is granted access to other applications, it is understood a license would be required.
