Include in the logs and/or support information whether Crowd is running in recovery mode

      Since CWD-3872, Crowd has a recovery mode.

      It is possible that some admin may forget to switch off the recovery mode, and that may lead to problems in the future. To simplify diagnosing this case, Crowd should log a message when it's running in recovery mode, and possibly include that in the support information too.
