Make RestCrowdClient accept a response entity for addUser

    Description

      Since CWD-3976, user creation through REST returns the newly-created user. RestCrowdClient should detect this and return it to callers, with null in case it's talking to an older Crowd.

      This can then be used in RemoteCrowdDirectory as an opimisation to avoid a subsequent call to fetch the user.
