Include x64 Tomcat Windows binaries in the distribution

      Crowd only bundles the x86 binaries for Tomcat. These can't be used to install Crowd as a service on x64 Windows, so they need to be copied from somewhere else.

      Include the x64 .exe file as well and update the instructions.

            Hello,

            Crowd 3.2.0 will include both 64 and 32 bit Apache Tomcat binaries, allowing to use the APR library on 64-bit platforms. Information about using 64-bit binaries instead of 32-bit ones will be available on the Installing Crowd and CrowdID page after release.
