Add an option to locally manage the user active/inactive status for Remote Crowd connectors

Cached Remote Crowd directories synchronise the user active/inactive status between the cache and the remote Crowd server. LDAP connectors used to not to synchronise this status, until CWD-995, and with CWD-3360, it is now an optional feature.

Ideally, this feature (being able to enable or disable status synchronisation) should be available as well for Remote Crowd directories.
