      CWD-995 is about synchronisation of active/inactive users for AD connectors. This issue is about Crowd-to-Crowd synchronisation. We need to have a consistent behaviour, so customers can get the benefits of CWD-995 when they connect the suite of Atlassian products to a Crowd server that is hooked to AD.
