Update support statements for Crowd

      Crowd's Supported Platforms document doesn't declare support for a number of platforms customers are using. We should declare support for current databases, JDKs and browsers.

      In some cases we're already testing with these later versions and it's just a documentation change. In other cases we need to confirm support.
