    Description

      Confluence and other applications need a way to deactivate/reactivate users without calling the updateUser method in CrowdService. It would be nice to have a separate method there just to set the active flag.

      This would also depend on having the permissions API in place. (see EMBCWD-318 and Directory permissions API)
