Cannot disable user in Confluence when user management is delegated to JIRA 4.2

      Set up Confluence with User Management delegated to JIRA 4.2 instance.

      As an admin, try to disable one of the users.

      An exception is given:

      java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Unable to modify a read-only directory
    at com.atlassian.confluence.user.crowd.jira.JiraJdbcRemoteDirectory.updateUser(JiraJdbcRemoteDirectory.java:249)
