Some LDAP directories (eg Microsoft Active Directory) support the concept of an active/inactive user. For those directories, we should make this information available within Crowd.

Other directories will continue to report all users as active and will error when attempting to modify the active status.

This ffeature would be great if we could not only read that account was disabled from AD but also when the flag is seen, the user is automatically removed from all groups in confluence. Or at least an option appears to remove the user from all groups.
