The term 'Customer' in JSM and CSM have different meanings. A CSM customer is an external user, whereas a JSM customer can be either external or internal. Under the Customers menu option, it shows both sets of customers. This is very confusing given the context above.
The terms should be updated to differentiate that JSM Customers are internal versus CSM customers needing to be external users.
