The name of the role that can be assigned with User Management to an Internal account is called 'Customer'. This confusing since it isn't a 'Customer' in the sense of CSM. A CSM customer is not an 'internal account'. CSM customers can only be external accounts.
The name of this role should be changed to something else as it causes confusion between a CSM Customer and JSM Customer. Since JSM customers can be internal accounts.
