Summary

The review progress is not updated to reflect the addition of a new file being attached to the review leaving the participant review status as Complete.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create and start a Crucible review
2. Under a second user account, join the review
3. Under a second user account, mark the review as Complete
4. Attach file to the review
   1. Select Edit Details > Add Content > Attachments
   2. Upload file and select Done
5. Refresh review

Expected Results

The participant role should be updated from Reviewer - Complete to Reviewer % Reviewed

Actual Results

The participant role remains as Reviewer - Complete

Workaround

After uploading a file, it will immediately appear in the Existing Attachments section with a check-mark.

Simply uncheck and recheck the file and the Participant role will be updated.
