Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the same repository twice in FishEye, just using a different name (SVN1 and SVN2), but with the same configuration, and wait until FishEye fully indexes them;
2. Click "Create Review"
3. Click "Explore Repositories"
4. Select SVN1 repository
5. Browse to a file and select it
   
6. Click "Add More Content"
7. Click "Explore Repositories"
8. Select SVN2 repository
9. Browse to the same file selected before, and notice that it's already selected:
   

Expected result:

As this file is coming from another repository, Crucible should allow selecting it.

Actual result:

Crucible is not allowing the same file coming from another repository to be added to the review

Workaround:

Add the file using another method such as "Browse changesets"
