Steps to reproduce:
- Add the same repository twice in FishEye, just using a different name (SVN1 and SVN2), but with the same configuration, and wait until FishEye fully indexes them;
- Click "Create Review"
- Click "Explore Repositories"
- Select SVN1 repository
- Browse to a file and select it

- Click "Add More Content"
- Click "Explore Repositories"
- Select SVN2 repository
- Browse to the same file selected before, and notice that it's already selected:

Expected result:
As this file is coming from another repository, Crucible should allow selecting it.
Actual result:
Crucible is not allowing the same file coming from another repository to be added to the review
Workaround:
Add the file using another method such as "Browse changesets"
