Irrelevant changes are not hidden in Branch reviews for SVN

    Description

      When creating a Branch Review in Crucible it is stated that;

      Reviewers will only see the changes that have been made on the branch – irrelevant changes are hidden.

      However if you create the branch review while FishEye is performing an incremental indexing on the repo (i.e. when it is still in the scanning phase.) or when using custom symbolic rules then changes made to the trunk (which may have already been reviewed) are displayed also.

      A consequence of this can be that a Branch review is unable to be created due to the 800 file revision limit being breached as all the revisions present on the branch are pulled through;
