Adding a SVN branch to a review pulls through all files in the branch

When you create a review and add a SVN Branch to it all the files on the branch are also being pulled through, only new changes specific to the branch should be up for review.

Steps to reproduce;

1. Create a branch in subversion from the trunk
2. Create a review and for the content select "Choose Branches"
3. Select the required repository and then select the branch to review

The Branch creation commit is present as well as the new commit on the branch.
