Add status of defects

I heard from your support that this is coming in the future, but I'm adding this feature request just to indicate that this is extremely important for us. In fact this is what's stopping us from choosing Crucible today!

The short story is that it has to be possible to change status of the defects depending on if the defect has been handled by the author, fix checked by the reviewer, defect rejected by the author and so on.

The possibility for the reviewer to set "defect-fixed" should of course only be available for the defects placed by just that reviewer. If a "defect-fixed" solution isn't available the author/moderator doesn't know that the reviewer(s) has checked all updates. "Completed" only says that the reviewer has checked something.

Defects rejected by the author should not be counted in the statistics!
