"Review inbox" jira gadget should show all reviews that require your attention, either others' or your own. When a review created by yourself has been completed by all the reviewers (no need for the moderator to complete though), and it's pending a "Close" or "Summarize" operation, it should be shown in the Crucible: review inbox widget.
