GZIP Attachments get GZIPPED when downloaded from Crucible

      1. Attach a GZIP file to a review in Crucible
      2. When this file is downloaded it gets gzipped again.
      3. The following command will open the attachment:

      gunzip -dc database.xml.gz | gunzip -dc - > database.xml
