Downloaded Binary tars (*.tar.gz) file is different from original file before upload

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Get ready with a sample binary tars file (e.g. http://www.mirrorgeek.com/apache.org/httpd/httpd-2.2.11.tar.gz).
      2. Run a checksum on this file:
        md5sum --check httpd-2.2.11.tar.gz.md5
        
      3. The output result is:
        httpd-2.2.11.tar.gz: OK
        
      4. Upload this file into a crucible review (goto review > Manage Files > Upload)
      5. Download this uploaded file into local disk with different location. (goto review > Review > httpd-2.2.11.tar.gz > View File)
      6. Run a checksum on this downloaded file.
      7. The output result is:
        httpd-2.2.11.tar.gz: FAILED
        md5sum: WARNING: 1 of 1 computed checksum did NOT match
        

      Also, the original file & downloaded file has different in file properties, such as size, compression rate, etc.
