Completed review disappears from author's dashboard

Premise: three different users involved. Let's call them User 1, User 2 and User 3.

User 1 creates a review, and assigns User 2 as moderator and User 3 as reviewer, and starts the review.
At this time, the review is displayed in User 1 (author)'s and User 2 (moderator)'s dashboard on Outbox > Out For Review, and in User 3 (reviewer)'s dashboard on Inbox > To Review.

When User 3 (reviewer) completes the review, it gets moved to Outbox > Completed for him, and for User 2 (moderator) it gets moved to Inbox > To Summarize, but for User 1 (author) the review is displayed nowhere under My Reviews. It disappears from the author's dashboard.

However, when User 2 (moderator) summarizes and closes the review, it is displayed in his and in the User 1 (author)'s dashboard under Archive > Closed.

The review should be displayed somewhere in the author's dashboard when reviewers complete the review and it's waiting the moderator to summarize and close it.
