Cannot upload patch from Chrome on windows

    Description

      We're on crucible 2.3.4 and Chrome 8.0.552.224 and are unable to upload patches. We can upload them from IE 8.
      I found a closed issue here but it was closed: CRUC-2829

      Based on timing, we suspect this crucible log message is related:
      2011-01-13 16:13:10,629 ERROR [btpool0-16166] com.opensymphony.webwork.interceptor.FileUploadInterceptor com.opensymphony.webwork.interceptor.FileUploadInterceptor-intercept - Could not find a Content-Type for upload. Verify that a valid file was submitted.
