When I add a comment, I find myself categorising the context of my comments a bit. e.g.

@nitpick
@discuss

etc. Just to frame the context of the comment. It would be neat to have a drop down where you can preselect / categorise the comment you just added. I know I can get categories by making it a defect, but most of this stuff aren't really defects.
