The process for creating patch reviews is overly cumbersome, as described in Creating a Patch Review. This process is particularly painful for Perforce users.

There is a note at the bottom of the linked page that says "A future version of Crucible will include helper tools to assist in this process" but separate communications with Atlassian indicate there is no ETA for the helper tools. An ETA would be nice to have.

For Perforce users, it would be nice if the patch helper tools would automate the process of creating a patch for a specified Perforce changelist, including files added or deleted. If the patch could be automatically linked to a review, perhaps via a Crucible SPI, that would be ideal.
