Add grades to be assigned to a review along a set of user defined dimensions, (think like a 1-5 scale or something)? I.e. Architecture, Documentation, Testing, and Standards for instance.

What we want to do is to define say 4 or 5 dimensions that a code review is being rated on. So say for instance one would be adherence to coding standards another might be properly tested and yet another could be design/architectural cohesiveness. As part of the review we'd want to assign a grade on a scale from 1 to 5 along these dimensions that would get stored logged with the review and potentially the data would be available to report on.
