Summary
Currently, users can subscribe to a review individually.
End users are requesting the ability to get notified about reviews or summaries without being listed as a Reviewer.
Suggested solution:
To do this, it would be nice to be able to:
- Associate a group mailing list or an individual e-mail address to get notified when an event occurs.
- Or/And, give the ability to subscribe to a list and get notifications periodically; daily, weekly, etc... (similarly to filter subscription in Jira)
Why this is important?
This should help to give users a clearer overview directly on their email inbox.

End users are requesting the ability to get notified about reviews or summaries with out being a Reviewer. To do this, it would be nice to be able associate an e-mail address for "Group Notifications" when an item changed. In Jira you could do this with a Notification Scheme. We do not need anything that fancy in Crucible. User Creates Review. E-mail about review sent to project associated e-mail address. Users do individual reviews. E-mail about review summary and close is sent to associated e-mail address. |
