Create/edit page :Heading not defined

      Issue Summary

      On the “Create/edit page” page,The text is not declared as headings which visually looks like a heading.

      Note: Similar issue is observed for the macros such as "Table of Contents" ,"Children Display" ,"Info" & "Recently Updated"

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the homepage of the confluence
      2. Navigate to "Create new page - editor" & activate it.
      3. In the Editor input area, add the "Macros"
      4. Using a screen reader, pull up the list of Headings.
      5. Observe that the mentioned text content is not marked-up using HTML heading.

      Actual Results

      When the screenreader users add the "Expand" macro ,text such as “Preview" visually appears to be heading. The mentioned text content is not marked-up using HTML heading.
      This resulted in screen reader users finding it difficult to understand the page content structure.

      Expected Results

      Mark-up the mentioned text using appropriate HTML headings. In addition, use heading levels as per specification such as <h1> should be followed by <h2>, <h3> and so on.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
