Secondary search bar does not work correctly for non Latin characters

      When performing a search from the secondary search bar (the one which is available underneath the primary search tab after performing a search), non Latin characters are incorrectly encoded.
      This appears to be due to the fact that this search bar uses a GET to perform the query, while the primary search tab uses a POST.
