Issue Summary

Confluence 8.5.15 Document/PDF preview ( document conversion) failed to render / access the text-embedded URL or URL added to the Document.
This issue reproducible with almost all supported the files types: docx, xls, pptx, pdf
My testing, ( Working and Non-working )
Confluence 8.5.15
Confluence 8.5.14
Confluence 7.1.2
Confluence 8.9.1
Confluence 9.0.1 

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Word document / PDF containing the WEB/Anchor URL- Link to Page https.docx
2. Setup a Confluence 8.5.15
3. Create a Confluence Page.
4. Drag and Drop the doc file on the Confluence Page.
5. Open a doc file for preview.
6. The Document containing web links is not Clickable , it is shown as Plain text instead of a Hyperlink.

Expected Results

The attachment preview should show the Web Link on the Doc file as a hyperlink not as a Text.

Actual Results

The attachment preview shows the Web Link as plain text.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
The only option is to open/download the attachment(docx or pdf) in edit mode.
