Have excerpt option on link

      I've often ended up coding:

      • [Some Page] — {excerpt-include:Some Page|nopanel=true}

      But when that page name changes the link gets updated but not the excerpt. If it could be something like this instead that'd be nice:

      • [Some Page|include-excerpt]
