Page History showing incorrect timestamp while moving from one server to another server of different Timezone

The Space export/import doesn't take timezone into account. It takes create/modification date of Confluence pages as it is and while importing the same time is taken into account without converting to the system timezone. 

Steps To Reproduce

1. Setup 2 Confluence instances with different timezones (e.g IST and UTC)
2. Create and edit some test pages to populate the Page History and note the timestamp for each version. 
3. Create Space Export
4. Import this Space to another instance with different timezone. It will be imported with the same timestamp as it was created in Source Instance. It doesn't take timezone into consideration while importing the space. 
5. On the Destination instance in Page History, you could see the same time as in Source instance which is ideally incorrect.
