      That is, the ability to add an alias and tooltip and the ability to specify thumbnail and alignment in the wysiwgy popups should be made available in wiki mode as well.

            There was quite a lot of work to be reviewed here.
            However, since it was developed in a pair (Dave and Anatoli) I decided to review it by sampling a few small pieces for inspection.

            In total I have spent 1.5 hours on this review with no problems found.
