Problem
Creating a new User-Macro doesn't let you edit the Visibility settings, making it impossible to add/find the macro as a non-site admin user, on any space kind or page.
Environment
Confluence v7.19.17
Postgres 14
OS: Linux
Steps to Reproduce
- Login as admin
- Attempt to create a new user Macro
- See that the Visibility settings are not available to be set.
- Save the macro, go on a page as Site-Admin, search for the macro, and should be visible to add.
- Login as a normal Confluence user or Space admin/owner, go on a page, and the macro will not be available on the Macro Browser to be added or searched.
Expected Results
Possibility to add the Visibility settings on user macros, just like on the doc's section: Writing User Macros
Actual Results
Macro's visibility settings are not shown when editing or creating user-macros.
