Issue Summary
When creating a User Macro the Visibility field was supposed to be editable but on Confluence 7.19.14 it does not let you edit and choose the visibility options.
This is reproducible on the Data Center: Yes
Not reproducible on 8.5.3
Steps to Reproduce
Tested in Confluence 7.19.14
- Go to General Configuration
- User Macros
- Create a new User Macro
Visibility:
<NO FIELDS SHOWN>
Expected Results
It is expected that the Visibility field will show visibilities options:

Actual Results
The field visibility is not editable nor you can see the visible options it shows as blank on the screenshot below.

Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
