Issue summary

The toolbar options that appears after adding an image are not accessible with Keyboard only.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add an image on the above mentioned page.
2. Navigate onto the added image.
3. Observe that a list of options appear when the image is focussed.
4. Try to navigate to the floating toolbar with Keyboard shift + tab key.
5. Observe that the toolbar options are not accessible.

Actual results

When any image is inserted on the page and the image is focussed, a list of options appear to edit that particular image. However, these toolbar options are not focusable for Keyboard only and Screen reader users. This makes keyboard-only & screen reader users difficult to access the floating toolbar options.

Expected results

The Keyboard & screen reader users should be able to navigate to the floating toolbar options via tab & shift + tab key

Additionally maybe a better hotkey like alt + F10 should be provided to make the navigation easier. Also provide this shortcut inside the global shortcuts dialog.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
