Side Navigation: Content not accessible for screen reader and keyboard users

Issue Summary

The "Page tree" content is not accessible for screen reader and keyboard only users in collapsed state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the side navigation.
2. Activate the "Collapse sidebar ( [ )" button.
3. Using screen reader check that mentioned content is inaccessible.

Actual Results

The content such as "Demo page" link associated with "Page tree" is not accessible for screen reader and keyboard-only users in collapsed state. As results. users will not be able to access the functionality effectively.

Expected Results

Modify the scripts and ensure that the mentioned element should be accessible for screen reader and keyboard-only users.

Workaround

The "page tree" is accessible when the sidebar is expanded.
