HTML export breaks emojis

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new space
2. Create a new page and add emojis
3. Go to Content Tools > Export > HTML
4. Download the exported file
5. Check the page with Emojis from the exported folder
6. Emojis are broken

Expected Results

The page should be exported with Emojis 

Actual Results

The export contains broken Emojis

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
