Issue Summary
HTML export breaks emojis
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new space
- Create a new page and add emojis
- Go to Content Tools > Export > HTML
- Download the exported file
- Check the page with Emojis from the exported folder
- Emojis are broken
Expected Results
The page should be exported with Emojis

Actual Results
The export contains broken Emojis

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
