Issue Summary
When you export a page to Word and the page contains emoticons (
,
,
), the emoticons will appear as broken images in the Word file.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page in Confluence.
- Add in some emoticons to the body.
- Save the page.
- Click on ... > 'Export to Word'.
- Open the .doc file in Microsoft Word.
Expected Results
You will be able to see the exact contents of the page in Microsoft Word, alongside working emoticons.
Actual Results
The emoticons are replaced with broken image icons.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
