Mail links broken in PDF export

      Email links on wiki pages are broken in PDF export. See below for an example

      [David Chui|mailto:dchui@localhost.localdomain]

      When the page is exported, you get links which look like the one below.

      https://dchuimailto%3adchui%40localhost.localdomain/

      Of course, you need to activate the link to see that it actually points to an invalid location.
