MAILTO Links on PDF export are broken

      Links to html pages on SSL (https://) are prepending with what looks like the server base URL. The resulting URL does not resolve.

      To verify, export this page to PDF:
      http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/TEST/Testing+PDF+export+links

      then looks at the links generated.
