    Description

      Currently you can only attach locally stored images or files whilst in the edit mode of an existing page, but not during the initial page creation process.

      This really slows down the page creation and information capture process which goes against the heart of what a wiki is (given the wiki application name was derived from the Hawaiian word for quick).
