Image and Link editing in Rich Text is not fully translated when Foreign Language pack is applied.

    Description

      Tested with language packs such as the German, French and Russian language available in the Confluence Community's Language Translation page:

      http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DISC/Language+Pack+Translations

      The incorrect translation occurred when one is trying to use the "Insert/Edit Image" tool available in the Rich Text Editor mode where for example, the title of the pop-up shows only {$lang_confimage_title} . Attached is a screenshot(LinkEdit.jpg) illustrating the incorrect translation. The problem arise when using "Insert/Edit Link" tool as well.
