Image and Link editing in Rich Text is not fully translated when Foreign Language pack is applied.

      The incorrect translation occurred when one is trying to use the "Insert/Edit Image" tool available in the Rich Text Editor mode where for example, the title of the pop-up shows only {$lang_confimage_title} . Attached is a screenshot(LinkEdit.jpg) illustrating the incorrect translation. The problem arise when using "Insert/Edit Link" tool as well.
