Insert link and image dialogs for WYSIWYG editor has broken translation strings

When using the WYSIWYG editor and trying to insert an image or a link using with a different language installed, some of the texts display properties in curly brackets rather then the translated strings.

The properties look like this: {$lang_conflink_title}
